The Neighborhood Volunteer program empowers volunteers to help Democrats like never before. Now, you can take charge of your own neighborhood to change the country. We'll win elections because you are involved and talking to your neighbors.

POLITICS IS CHANGING.

Research alone shows that talking with voters face-to-face is more persuasive than TV advertising, direct mail or phone calls. For our Democratic candidates to win, we need to go to our neighbors, knock on their doors and ask for their vote. To accomplish this, we are launching an effort in communities across the country called the Neighborhood Volunteer program. We are recruiting activists like you who commit to talk to 25 neighbors at least three times between now and Election Day. By Labor Day, we need 500,000 activists like you to pledge to be a Neighborhood Volunteer.

WE KNOW THIS WORKS.

We first tested this new program in neighborhoods in Virginia and Ohio. Local volunteers told us they loved the program and helped us improve it. It works because you get to change the country by working in the community you know best.

WILL YOU BE A NEIGHBORHOOD VOLUNTEER?

From your own computer, you can go online whenever it is convenient and access a list of targeted voters in your neighborhood. You are able to print maps to their houses and download fliers to share and talking points to use. After you talk to your neighbors, report back what you learn.
